This offering works best as a set of at least three sessions. We begin in the Head then descend into the Heart & finally the Root. Calling the three centres back into alignment

Depending on the guidance we receive and your process I am able to offer the full circle within one deep dive or three session within a moon cycle. In general I recommend at least one moon cycle between each session for integration
