This offering works best as a set of at least three sessions. We begin in the Head then descend into the Heart & finally the Root. Calling the three centres back into alignment

Depending on the guidance we receive and your process I am able to offer the full circle within one deep dive or three session within a moon cycle. In general I recommend at least one moon cycle between each session for integration

In the initial session we open sacred space in the way of Celtic shamanism to connect our benevolent spirit teams. This creates a safe container from which we can explore the shadow or occult energy that needs support. This session creates a container of entrainment. Here we have the spaciousness to explore the heart and root of your needs. To tune into energy alignments that can support your attunement to your self sourced power. We follow on with sessions for the Heart and Root with at least a moon cycle between sessions. You are encouraged to stay in touch with me should you need to connect between sessions. This is intentionally slow and sustainable to enable gentle healing and integration to take place
