In the postnatal period we come full circle from the profound initiation and transformational rite of passage of birth and into rebirth. The rebirthing of a mother and the birth of her child is a tender threshold that needs to be met with support, nourishment, warmth, loving touch and deep sensitivity. The unravelling and reweaving of this rebirth is a potent and powerful cauldron of transformation. The deeper a woman can be supported in this cocooning time will proportionately affect how she heals and therefore impacts her long term holistic health.

I offer my services with embodied wisdom in bodywork, movement, naturopathy, herbalism and energy work for the postpartum. I also have a wealth of experience in terms of very practical support that comes with navigating a newly born soul - such as breastfeeding support and nourishing cooking.

I offer my services as a postnatal doula within 45 minutes of my home in West Sussex
